Because garments are custom made just for you, we have some terms of trader so you know what to expect.
Design and file lay-up
We have a flat rate of $99.00 inc GST to provide you with 2 visual proofs from your brief. The standard time allocation for this is 30 minutes. If you pass this allocation, design time will be charged at $70.00 plus GST per hour (there can be a fair bit of to-ing and fro-ing on designs). The $99.00 fee also includes lay-up of the design into our digital print files.
We can provide samples so you can be 100% sure that the design, colors and size is just what you want. We will issue an invoice prior to any work being commenced so you are happy to sign anything off before costs are incurred.
We will meet our requirements in the Consumers Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act but are not bound to provide a refund should you change your mind or not require the garments any more. We work hard to ensure our systems are robust to avoid any dissatisfaction so please ensure you are thorough in your requirements.
Freight out is payable by the customer.
Standard Delivery Timeframes:
Response time after an enquiry: Within 24 hours or next business day (if weekend or public holidays.)
Provide visual mock-ups of your design: Once we have received your brief and the logos etc from you, you can expect a visual mock up within 48 hours.
Samples: Once the design has been approved by you, and payment made upon invoice, you can expect a sample to be completed within 10 working days. We offer one sample per garment per design. The sample will have watermarks on it to show that it is a sample.
Fulfilment of order: Once you approve your design, or approve your sample/s, then once you have made payment in full for your order, you can expect your order to be completed within 21 working days. In situations where our work load is very high or your order is very large we will communicate a timeline with you.
