Q. What fabrics are used for sublimation printing?
A. The sublimation print process is completed on mainly polyester fabrics (more than 70% polyester.) There is a huge selection of polyester fabrics available with great technical and functional advantages.
Q. How Long does it take to produce the order?
A. Once the proof has been approved by you (or samples) and payment has been received, we will complete your order within 21 working days. If your order is very large it may take a little bit longer but we will communicate this time line with you.
Q. How long does it take to receive sample garments?
A. We offer a sample service of one garment per design / garment style at the regular cost of the garment. Once the proof has been approved by you, and payment has been made, we aim to complete samples for you inspection within 10 working days.
Q. Is there a cost to provide proofs and file lay-ups?
A. Yes, there is a $99 inc GST cost for this. This process is completed by design professionals to ensure the garment accuracy. The initial set up fee is per garment design and per style. We can discuss this more with you.
Q. What if I need my order completed sooner?
A. We offer an express service (depending on current order volumes.) Please discuss your requirements with us and we will advise.
Q. I have my own design that I want to use - is this possible?
A. Absolutely. However we will still need to lay your design up into our print software so there will still be a $99.00 inc cost for this.
Q. When is payment to be made?
A. Because the design and garment is specifically for you, payment is due in full prior to production of the order.
Q. How is payment handled?
A. We will issue you with an invoice and email it to you to check everything is in order before anything happens. Once you authorise payment you can pay via credit card or via direct credit to our bank account.
Q. What file formats work best?
A. Our designers require file formats (logos etc) in AI or PDF format or very large JPEG is sometimes ok. If you require your logos or designs to be updated into these file formats, there may a charge for us to do this of $70.00 plus GST. We will advise you of this when required.
Q. Are your high vis garments certified?
A. No. These are not for industries that require certified garments as per New Zealand standards. Our garments are for businesses that want to be responsible in allowing their staff to wear bright garments that are not required to be regulated. There are available processes to have your garments approved under NZ standards if this is a requirement. There will be extra costs and time delays for the certification process to be completed.
